Univerzoom – Redesign of the visitor center in the Hohe Tauern Nationapark Carinthia

The National Park Centre of the Hohe Tauern National Park Carinthia in Mallnitz has been the place to go for many years to learn more about the National Park and its special features. It offers a permanent exhibition, a freely accessible experimental room and several seminar rooms for events. Schools in particular, but also individual visitors, can explore the centre on their own, but also on guided tours and educational programmes offered by the national park, and learn new things about the national park. In a funding project lasting one and a half years, the building was structurally adapted to current requirements by E.C.O. and partners, the exhibition was redesigned and implemented, and three workshops for visitor support were set up.
