It is planned to construct an access road into the Gößnitzal Valley within the Natura 2000-area of the Hohe Tauern National Park (core zone). The basis for an assessment of the route according to Natura 2000 guidelines is to be developed. A vegetation map of the habitats-relevant types of vegetation is drawn up and an ornithological evaluation of the habitats is carried out. Based on the terrain surveys, the intervention can be assessed in terms of nature conservation and the choice of route can be optimised.
