New paths 2015

In order to review the last year and prepare for the new one, E.C.O. Institute of Ecology holds an annual internal workshop. Like the last times, it took place in the autArKademie in Brückl, an integrative seminar center which offers perfect conditions for a look back and an outlook into the new year. With the support of an external facilitator, the most important developments were reviewed and new goals were formulated and discussed. Group-dynamical exercises which offered new perspectives helped to conclude the past year and welcome the new one.
