The Conference Ambassadors
In addition to keynote speakers, learning field trips and other exciting networking sessions,
20workshops, so-called Mind Factories, will form the heart of the conference.

The Mind Factories will take place on the 3rd of May from 14:00 to 17:00 CET and will focus on the
challenges and opportunities of Protected Areas. Participants share experiences and learn from each
other how to manage the challenges facing them and realise the potential of these opportunities to
develop their Protected Areas for People and for Nature.

Your role as Conference Ambassador
To make sure that everyone gain some insight into these multiple discussions, the Mind Factories
need to be summarised for all participants with the highlights shown within a creative poster session.
This will be the role of our Conference Ambassadors – collaborating with experts in their field, the
Ambassadors support the distillation of the Mind Factory highlights.
